- The rates include VAT.
- Rates do not include ARBDD fees. The access permit to the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve can be purchased at the ARBDD headquarters in Tulcea or online (price 15 lei / person / maximum 7 days): www.ddbra.ro/activitati/permise-online.
- We do not sell fish, we do not mediate its purchase from fishermen, we do not clean it and we cannot store it in refrigerators.
- As our location is quiet, where tourists come to relax, listening to loud music is not allowed.
- Our establishment reserves the right to select its clients.
- Adults are obliged to supervise children under their care during their stay.
- The excursions in the Danube Delta will take place in an organized group so please respect the departure times that will be communicated to you.
- Check-In: The room is available from 15:00.
- Check-Out: The room is released by 11:00 on the day of departure.
- The reservation becomes firm upon payment of a 30% advance of the total amount of the stay. The remaining payment is made upon arrival at the holiday village.
- The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.
- The holiday village policy is not to refund the accommodation cost in case of early departure before the reservation term.
- We accept holiday vouchers.
