Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>The website <strong>www.campoeuroclub.ro<\/strong> is operated by <strong>SC CAMPO EURO CLUB SRL<\/strong>, tax ID 14725637, Trade Register no. J2002000199366, registered office at Strada Dun\u0103rii no. 67, 827138 Partizani, Tulcea County, Romania (\u201cCampo Euro Club\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d). You can reach us by phone at <a href=\"tel:+40747299923\">+40 747 299 923<\/a> or by e-mail at <a href=\"mailto:office@campoeuroclub.ro\">office@campoeuroclub.ro<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Campo Euro Club runs a holiday village in the Danube Delta with bungalow accommodation and an authorised campsite for tents, caravans and motorhomes, in Partizani, on the Sulina branch of the Danube.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Acceptance of these terms<\/h2>\n<p>By using the website, sending a booking request or making a payment you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with our <a href=\"\/politica-de-confidentialitate\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"\/en\/cookies-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"\/regulament-martie-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">House Rules<\/a> (Romanian) of the holiday village. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Bookings<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Booking requests can be sent through the website forms, by e-mail or by phone. A request sent through the website is not a confirmed booking.<\/li>\n<li>A booking becomes <strong>firm<\/strong> once we confirm availability and receive a <strong>30% deposit<\/strong> of the total stay, within the deadline stated in the confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>The balance is paid at the latest on arrival (check-in), in Romanian lei, in cash, by card or by bank transfer to the account shown on the contact page.<\/li>\n<li>The applicable rates are those published on the <a href=\"\/en\/prices\/\">Prices<\/a> page on the date the booking is confirmed. Rates are in lei and include VAT. The Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve access fee (ARBDD permit) is not included and is paid separately to the Reserve administration.<\/li>\n<li>For groups (school camps, team building, events) booking, payment and cancellation conditions are set out in a written offer and may differ from those below.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>4. Cancellation and changes<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The deposit is non-refundable.<\/strong> If the guest cancels, the deposit is retained as compensation for the blocked places.<\/li>\n<li>The stay dates can be changed once, subject to availability, at least 14 days before arrival, free of charge; the deposit is transferred to the new dates.<\/li>\n<li>No-show without prior notice cancels the booking and the deposit is retained.<\/li>\n<li>If we have to cancel a confirmed booking (force majeure, natural events, restrictions imposed by the authorities), we refund all amounts paid or, at your choice, offer alternative dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Arrival, departure and your stay<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bungalows:<\/strong> check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am on the day of departure.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Camping:<\/strong> the tourist day starts at 12:00 noon and ends at 12:00 noon the following day.<\/li>\n<li>Access requires a valid identity document and the completed registration form, as required by Romanian law on tourist registration.<\/li>\n<li>Minors are accommodated only when accompanied by parents or a responsible adult; for school camps the group is accompanied by teachers\/chaperones appointed by the organiser.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are welcome, subject to the House Rules (no access to the swimming pool or the sanitary facilities).<\/li>\n<li>Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Open fire and barbecues are allowed only in the designated areas. The campsite\u2019s electrical network does not allow charging electric vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>The full rules on conduct, safety and use of the facilities are in the <a href=\"\/regulament-martie-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">House Rules<\/a>, also displayed at reception. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to the stay being ended without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>6. Liability<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests are liable for damage caused through their fault to the property, equipment and premises of the holiday village; the repair or replacement cost is paid before departure.<\/li>\n<li>Campo Euro Club is not liable for personal belongings left unattended in the campsite, in vehicles or in common areas, nor for events beyond its control (weather, public utility outages, restrictions imposed by the authorities).<\/li>\n<li>The swimming pool, boats, playground and other facilities are used at your own risk; children must be supervised by the accompanying adults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>7. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>We process the personal data provided at booking and check-in (name, contact details, identity document data required by law) in order to perform the accommodation contract and to comply with legal obligations. Full details, including your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, are in our <a href=\"\/politica-de-confidentialitate\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>The website content (texts, photos, logo, graphics) belongs to Campo Euro Club or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9. Complaints, ADR and ANPC<\/h2>\n<p>Please send any complaint about our services first to <a href=\"mailto:office@campoeuroclub.ro\">office@campoeuroclub.ro<\/a> or +40 747 299 923; we reply within 14 calendar days.<\/p>\n<p>As a consumer you may use <strong>alternative dispute resolution (ADR \/ SAL)<\/strong> through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Directorate of the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection: <a href=\"https:\/\/anpc.ro\/ce-este-sal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">anpc.ro\/ce-este-sal<\/a>. National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): <a href=\"https:\/\/anpc.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">anpc.ro<\/a>, consumer hotline +40 21 9551.<\/p>\n\n<h2>10. Governing law<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by Romanian law.
